TOMI Event Equipment Hire brings together our involvement in events and awards ceremonies with our interest in sound, lighting and visual presentation.

Through our work with Top of Mind International, we understand how much each detail matters when bringing people together to celebrate achievements and special occasions.

We are extending this work through equipment hire, helping other organisers create their own events across London and surrounding areas. Our aim is to make choosing equipment straightforward, with clear quotations, flexible packages and personal support.

Whether you are organising a wedding, a business presentation or a private celebration, we want to help you bring your ideas to life.

Our background includes organising events and awards ceremonies through Top of Mind International. This has given us an understanding of event planning, presentation and the importance of coordinating each detail.

We are now expanding our services through TOMI Event Equipment Hire, offering LED screens, TVs, sound systems and lighting to other event organisers. We bring an organiser’s perspective to each enquiry, helping clients choose equipment that suits their venue, schedule and event.

Our services are suited to businesses, event planners, wedding organisers, venues and private clients across London and surrounding areas.

We offer equipment for corporate presentations, awards ceremonies, weddings, birthday parties and community celebrations. Clients can hire individual items or request a package combining screens, sound and lighting, with delivery, setup and technical support arranged as required.

We welcome enquiries in English and Portuguese.
