Too Much Sugar is a small food business producing Asian-inspired canapes, patisserie, pastries and snacks. It was started in lockdown when professional chef-founders Winnie and Theo started making cakes and bakes for their neighbours. Since then the business has grown to include events catering, bespoke celebration and wedding cakes, and wholesale supply. We also creates exquisite seasonal gift boxes for Eastern and Western holidays.
Winnie and Theo have been professional chefs in various hotels and restaurants in London for over 10 years. Winnie’s an Asian pastry chef and Theo’s experience is more on the savoury side.
We are always passionate about food and love sharing our creations. We know that having a food business is hard but our customers feedback and smiles brought us where we are today.
