About Top That Wood Fired Pizza

At Top That we use top quality ingredients to make our rustic wood fired pizza which we can serve any time anywhere from our vintage style renovated caravan. Our food trailer "Rosella" had an extraordinary life touring the UK before she was fully converted in to a totally unique, shabby-chic, wood fired pizza oven. The eye catching classic design sets the perfect bohemian vibe for alfresco street food dining.

All of our dough is hand kneaded and made from just three simple ingredients: Italian flour, water, and extra virgin olive oil. Nothing is rushed and we allow our dough to proof for up to 24 hours to give it the perfect mouth watering texture. We use a mixture of Italian and locally sourced ingredients for our toppings, from sun ripened Italian tomatoes and continental meats to fresh home grown basil and Lancashire grown vegetables. Finally the pizzas are fired in our wood burning oven that cooks to temperatures above 400 degrees, It is this simplistic and ethical approach that creates our truly delicious and authentic taste - Top that!

Absolutely amazing

Fantastic food, really friendly service and really helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The pizza was delicious- everyone at the wedding was going on about it. Gary was really friendly and approachable and really made an effort with everyone. The wedding wouldn't have been the same without them!
