A Baja Californian-inspired Mexican food pop-up in a trailer recently designed by a local artist. It’s an eye-catching vehicle that creates conversations. Our popular dishes include, citrus pulled pork tacos with a crackling crumb and homemade re-fried bean burritos. Most items are gluten-free and we can easily adjust our menu to cater for vegetarians or vegans.

We can also offer Mexican alcoholic beverages, such as a spicy Mezcal margarita or Mexico’s Bloody Mary, a Michelada. We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating, so any ideas a customer has, we work together to bring these to life.
