Up in Smoke BBQ

We were delighted to have this BBQ food van at our recent music festival and can’t recommend them highly enough. The food was absolutely delicious, well cooked and really popular with both young people and adults. What truly set them apart, though, was their approach to inclusivity. The staff were incredibly patient, calm and understanding with our autistic young people, taking time to communicate clearly, adapt where needed and create a relaxed experience without pressure, even used our communication boards to serve the young people who are non verbal! Their kindness and awareness made a real difference and helped everyone feel welcome. It was a pleasure working with a team who clearly care about both great food and the people they serve.

The service and food were outstanding. Graham arrived promptly and set up quickly. The food was excellent and the portions were big. The brownies were huge and very delicious. All guests enjoyed the food and they commented on the quality of it, certainly it is very good value for money. The communication was good and I would use Graham and his team again.

We recently had Up In Smoke BBQs cater a work event for 40 people and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food was incredible – the 12-hour smoked pulled pork on chips was packed with flavour, and the chargrilled chicken burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked, with a great selection of sauces to choose from. They also brought 40 homemade brownies (Biscoff and triple chocolate), which were a massive hit – not a single one left by the end! Everything arrived on time, served hot and the team were friendly, professional and super easy to work with. They left the site clean and tidy, and the whole experience was seamless. We wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. Thanks Up In Smoke!
