We were incredibly impressed with the outstanding service provided by 'Urban Outdoor Events' at our recent community event. Despite unexpected challenges—including another vendor leaving early, they stepped up and accommodated the large crowd with efficiency, professionalism, and a positive attitude throughout. They were well-organized, and consistently delivered high-quality food, even under pressure. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, and many commented on both the food and the service. Thank you for your flexibility, reliability, and for going above and beyond to ensure our guests were well taken care of. We would be delighted to work with you again at future events!

They arrived on time to set up for an early start and were obviously experienced and very professional. Food was very good and reasonably priced. It all went very smoothly and we had no complaints at all. They were just what we needed to help make our Dog Show a success . Many thanks to David and his helpers!
