Since 2020, Dan and I have worked to build Vamos Paella’s reputation for unforgettable food and exceptional service. We only take on a maximum of two events per day, so you can feel confident knowing that one of us, the business owners, will be there personally on your big day, making sure every detail is just right. We choose our suppliers very carefully and source our Spanish ingredients from Brindisa - based in Borough Market. Our meat comes from two local, ethical family-run butchers - Oaks Farm in Ditchling and Timpsons Smallholdings. As we're lucky enough to be on the coast, we get our fresh seafood from Brighton and Newhaven Fish Sales, which have their own fishing boats and quotas.

We’re very mobile and can accommodate most venues, from open countryside and beaches to barns and manor houses. Our gas burners run off propane gas bottles, meaning that we don't need access to power or a professional kitchen to cater. Instead, we're completely self-sufficient.

We became paella caterers in 2011 after years of living and travelling in Spain. Vamos Paella was founded by Melissa and is now run by Chan and Dan. We've been cooking Spanish food for over 10 years at our beautiful Finca Los Chispos in Murcia, where we cook paella over wood from orange and lemon trees.

One October morning our first consignment of paelleros arrived on a palate from Valencia and Vamos Paella was born and we haven’t looked back - we've been bringing unforgettable food and exceptional service to events across the UK ever since.

Vamos Paella was set up in 2011 and has over 10 years of experience cooking Spanish food. The business founders spent years living and travelling in Spain before establishing the company in the UK.
