Since 2020, Dan and I have worked to build Vamos Paella’s reputation for unforgettable food and exceptional service. We only take on a maximum of two events per day, so you can feel confident knowing that one of us, the business owners, will be there personally on your big day, making sure every detail is just right. We choose our suppliers very carefully and source our Spanish ingredients from Brindisa - based in Borough Market. Our meat comes from two local, ethical family-run butchers - Oaks Farm in Ditchling and Timpsons Smallholdings. As we're lucky enough to be on the coast, we get our fresh seafood from Brighton and Newhaven Fish Sales, which have their own fishing boats and quotas.
We’re very mobile and can accommodate most venues, from open countryside and beaches to barns and manor houses. Our gas burners run off propane gas bottles, meaning that we don't need access to power or a professional kitchen to cater. Instead, we're completely self-sufficient.

Best wedding food ever!! Exceeded all our Dreams
VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Where do we begin? Our wedding was a DIY wedding and Melissa and the Vamos Paella team helped make it really special! We will never forget our wedding food! A year on, and people are STILL commenting on the food! All our guests said that the food was THE BEST WEDDING FOOD they had EVER had. We had a selection of amazing Tapas to begin with, and then freshly made paellas served to the tables, with delicious salads. We had 200 people sat down for the meal!! Vamos Paella, with their brilliant team of serving staff made it look effortless and were VERY professional. Vamos Paella is fantastic value for money, great communication exceptional food quality and cooking. Would DEFINITELY book again.
Exceptional food & service - absolutely delicious!
I cannot recommend Vamos Paella highly enough. All the food was exceptional, the portions were huge and the service was second to none. Everyone commented on the food - it was incredible. Melissa and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our party for 120 people went without a hitch.
