Velvet Crumb started from my absolute love of baking and bringing people together over something sweet. I’ve always enjoyed experimenting with flavours, perfecting that ideal fudgy brownie texture, and turning much‑loved favourite treats into something new and exciting.

What inspires me most is seeing how a simple box of homemade treats can make someone’s day, mark a special moment, or say exactly what words can’t — whether that’s saying thank you, congratulations, or celebrating a once‑in‑a‑lifetime day like your wedding. I focus on quality ingredients, careful baking, and adding that little extra touch of love to every single batch.

I have spent years perfecting my brownie and blondie recipes, refining flavours and textures to create that ideal thick, fudgy, indulgent finish. I launched Velvet Crumb to share my bakes with the local community, and have since built up wonderful experience creating treats for all kinds of special occasions — from intimate gatherings and birthday celebrations, to end‑of‑term thank you gifts, corporate orders, and bespoke wedding favour requests.

Every order teaches me more about what my customers love, and I take great pride in growing my business step by step, while keeping that homemade, personal feel at the heart of everything I do.

I am fully registered with my local council and hold a valid Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate, ensuring every bake is prepared, baked and packed to the highest standards. I also hold full public liability insurance, and follow strict allergen and food safety guidelines for every order I create.
