Services range from full event planning and venue sourcing to creative direction, styling, tablescapes and on-the-day coordination.

Velvet & Fig Events was founded from a lifelong love of bringing people together, backed by more than 20 years of professional event management experience.

After a career producing and managing events within the corporate world, I wanted to create something of my own — combining the organisation, attention to detail and calm delivery I had developed professionally with a more creative and personal approach to events.

Velvet & Fig was born from that vision: to create beautifully considered events that feel personal, distinctive and effortless for the people experiencing them.
