Unlike traditional horse box bars, our unique modular bar has been designed to work both indoors and outdoors, allowing us to create a premium bar experience in almost any venue or space.

Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering, a large corporate function or a private celebration, our flexible set-up can be tailored to suit your event. We offer everything from dry bar hire to fully staffed pay bars, with professional service and beautifully presented equipment that complements your event rather than simply serving drinks. We offer additional services such as flower walls, prosecco wall, neon signage, a slush machine for children or for frozen cocktails and more!

Alongside our mobile bar, we also offer event planning and venue sourcing, helping bring every element of your event together with care and attention to detail.

Vision to Venue Events was created from a desire to offer something different. After spending more than a decade managing hospitality businesses and delivering memorable customer experiences, I wanted to combine my operational expertise with creativity to help people bring their events to life.
