We are a family-run, Healthcare Professional (HCP) led, Medical company based in the Heart of Norfolk, providing Medical (inc. First Aid) cover at Events across the East of England. Founded in the Summer of 2016, we have built up a very good local reputation.
Delivering what we promise. If we quote for 6x Personnel of certain Clinical Grades, we will provide 6x Personnel of the quoted/stated Clinical Grades. Also available for Film Work as Film / TV Set 'Medic' and Vehicles / Professional Medical Personnel for 'in-front of Camera' work.
VTS Medical is a Professional, CQC-aligned Event & Pre-Hospital Medical services provider. Delivering reliable, well-governed, and highly responsive medical services for events ranging from small community gatherings to large-scale, high-risk and motorsport events.

Our Story
With a background in Healthcare as a Registered Nurse, Andy (our Founder & Managing Director) has held a passion for Event / Pre-Hospital Medicine since his teenage years! Joining the British Red Cross as a Youth Member, gaining valuable experience moving up into the Adult group as soon as he could to gain practical/hands-on First Aid (Event / Pre-Hospital) experience, fuelled his appetite for caring for People.
Andy has over 45 years of experience in delivering First Class, Professional Pre-Hospital Care at Events & throughout the Pre-Hospital (& in Hospital) sectors. Andy continues to have a hands-on approach to running the business and can regularly be seen at Events with his Team, leading from the front.
With an approach of 'Don't ask someone else to do something if not prepared to do it yourself.' All VTS Medical share Andy's passion for delivering such professional care.

All our Registered Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) are registered with their relevant Professional body:
Nurses with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
Paramedics with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Additionally some are registered with the Royal College of Paramedics.
VTS Medical have aligned their Documentation & Practices with the Care Quality
Commission (CQC) and will be seeking registration with the CQC during 2026.
