Wallace and Sons started in street food, taking our converted van all over the UK and trading at some of the best events in the country. We were nominated for the prestigious YBF awards in 2015, our first year of trading and have competed in the British Street Food Awards.

Our head chef, John, has over 12 years experience working at fine dining restaurants in the UK and Ireland for the likes of Simon Rogan, Gareth Jones and Brian McCann. From working in high end catering John is able to offer a wide range of high quality cuisine from all corners of the world and can adapt menus to suit your needs.

We provide catering both for outside events and more traditional sit down functions. Our chef has an excellent knowledge of world cuisine and can tailor menus to suit all tastes.
