Whimsy & Wild creates playful, feel-good celebrations that bring people together through creativity and connection. Our craft parties include candle and glass painting, charm bars, bracelet making, and bedazzling stations - all fully set up and gently guided so guests can simply relax and enjoy.
Alongside our craft experiences, we also offer bespoke party planning and curated add-ons, from styling and personalised décor to champagne bars, playlists, private chefs, and full itinerary creation. Based in Bath, we’re known for creating celebrations that feel effortless, personal, and a little bit magical; beautifully planned with a playful twist.

Our Story
Whimsy & Wild was created from a love of bringing people together through creativity and shared experiences. After working in luxury hospitality and the music industry, I saw first-hand how thoughtful planning and great atmosphere can completely transform a moment, and I wanted to bring that same feeling to more personal celebrations.
Alongside founding Let’s Go Girls, a community focused on connection and sisterhood, I began hosting creative gatherings that felt relaxed, joyful, and beautifully put together. What started as small craft sessions with friends quickly grew into Whimsy & Wild - a space where hands-on creativity meets effortless celebration.
Today, Whimsy & Wild exists to help people celebrate in a way that feels fun, personal, and stress-free - whether that’s through a craft-led party, a curated celebration, or something in between.

Our Team
Whimsy & Wild is led by founder Isobel Pinder and run as a boutique, hands-on studio. I personally design and host each experience, working with a trusted network of creatives and suppliers when additional support is needed.
This small, considered approach means every event receives genuine care, attention to detail, and a personal touch; ensuring each celebration feels thoughtfully planned and completely unique.

Experience
Isobel is a creative event manager with a background in luxury hospitality, music, and project management. Through founding both Whimsy & Wild and Let’s Go Girls, she has planned and delivered 50+ events in the past year, ranging from intimate craft workshops to private celebrations, hen parties, and curated group retreats.
With hands-on experience across full-cycle event production - including concept design, itinerary creation, budgeting, logistics, supplier management, and on-the-day coordination - Whimsy & Wild is known for creating celebrations that feel seamless, joyful, and thoughtfully executed. This practical experience is supported by professional project management work across creative and client-facing industries

Credentials
Isobel holds a BMus (Hons) in Popular Music (First Class) from the Royal Northern College of Music and has professional experience across luxury hospitality, music, and events. Her background includes working in 5-star hotels, where attention to detail, guest experience, and personalised service were key, as well as roles in the music industry involving event coordination, artist liaison, and creative production.
