Like many parents, our journey started with a simple goal: planning an unforgettable, hassle-free birthday party. But as we searched for the perfect venue and reliable suppliers, reality hit. Finding someone who could deliver a truly unique experience-and handle the fine details like customized invitations and party bags-felt almost impossible. We spent endless hours juggling multiple vendors, chasing RSVPs, and stressing over every little detail. We knew there had to be a better way. That's how Willow & Wander Events was born! We set out to create a complete, stress-free party experience that handles everything under one roof. From stunning setups (whether it's cozy sleepover teepees, luxurious pamper spas, or creative craft studios) right down to personalised invitations and curated party bags, we take care of every single step.

With a background in Primary Education Studies and Children’s Play and years of experience working with kids, party planning is more than just a business to me, it’s what I love to do! Being fully DBS checked, I prioritise your child’s safety and happiness, creating engaging activities where every guest feels special and included.
