Wine Up was born from my love of wine and my belief that the best tastings are not formal lessons, but shared experiences that bring people together. Drawing on my Italian background and my experience in London’s wine and hospitality scene, I wanted to create events that feel welcoming, engaging and full of personality. Wine Up is my way of helping people discover wine without intimidation—through great bottles, thoughtful stories and memorable moments shared around the table.

My career began in Michelin-starred restaurants, where I developed extensive experience in wine service, food pairing and creating memorable experiences for guests. I was later named Best Sommelier in Northern Ireland, recognising my passion, expertise and dedication to wine. Alongside this hands-on experience, I have completed professional wine qualifications, developing an in-depth knowledge of grape varieties, regions, winemaking and tasting techniques. Today, I bring this knowledge to every event in an engaging, approachable and accessible way.

My customers range from complete beginners who want to discover wine in a relaxed and approachable way to passionate wine lovers and experienced connoisseurs looking to deepen their knowledge. I work with private groups, companies and event organisers seeking an engaging, sociable and memorable experience tailored to their guests.

With ten years' experience in wine and hospitality, I have developed a strong professional background in Michelin-starred restaurants and high-end venues. I was awarded Best Sommelier in Northern Ireland and hold professional wine qualifications. My expertise includes wine service, food and wine pairing, tasting techniques, grape varieties, wine regions and winemaking.
