ZoomIn Event Media is run by me, Kat. My passion for lens-based media began with photography, where I developed a strong focus on documentary and portrait work. That curiosity for authentic storytelling naturally evolved into filming, first at cultural and music events, and later through collaborations with freelancers, organisations, and brands across the corporate, academic, and not-for-profit sectors. What started as a creative pursuit has grown into a practice dedicated to helping others capturing meaningful moments and turning them into engaging visual stories that make a difference.

We work across a wide range of events, from academic, tech, and science conferences to corporate gatherings, industry expos, and brand launches, as well as cultural, film, and music festivals, community events, and workshops.
