I have a brand new modern compact catering trailer, fully equipped with all recent paperwork and compliance checks.
The generator used is LPG for cleaner energy and no nasty fumes or smells. I buy all quality food and offer bank card and contactless payments for customer ease.

Food-wise I currently offer cold rolls/sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs, toasties and homemade soup but I would happy and eager to plan food around customer demand.
