Those Caterers & That Fish Guy are caterers based in South Wales. We cover; *South & Mid Wales, *West Wales. *The South West, *The Midlands and M4 Corridor. Founded in 2015 by James Bumpass, who has over 25 years experience in high quality kitchens and has appeared on BBC, Masterchef The Professionals and in various print publications as an ambassador for British Produce. We offer full service catering from mobile kitchen vans kitted out to the highest quality and have held a 5 star food hygiene rating for the last 8 years of trading. We can design you a menu to your own specification to ensure your satisfaction on the day. An example of what we offer can be seen below. Weddings Our wedding services cover - Canapes - - Wedding breakfast, served, sharing style or from a van - Deserts - Evening options including Large Pan, Grazing tables, Street Food Vans Corporates or Private Hire Parties We have a list of regular clients for whom we provide breakfast, lunch or evening catering. These can be served 'in-house' or from one of our branded vans
