About The Caravan Project
The Caravan Project is a 1960’s mobile caravan bar that can be tailored to suit the requirements of any event. We offer a variety of different packages, with some of our popular ones being: Gin & Prosecco Bar, Festival Ready Bar (shots shot shots), Christmas Bonanza Bar (including alcoholic hot chocolate).
For Weddings we can offer: dry hire - get Our mobile bar for the day and you provide the alcohol, drinks packages - welcome drinks, toast drinks & pay as you go bar, bar hire - simply pay a deposit to secure your date and we’ll provide a cash bar for your guests.
We appreciate that every wedding is different and unique in its own way, so we will work with you to create a bespoke package to make your day extra special.
Festival & community events pay as you go bar - the best part about this, 10% of our proceeds are donated to a charity of the organisers choice, our way of giving back!
We are fully licensed, insured and experienced in events management!

Great Service!
Emmanouil and his Team were great! This was our first Charity Event we had organised, and although we weren't the busiest they would of attended, all three of them were really friendly and did a great job on the day. I would definitely look to book them at our next event! Thanks Guys!
Great drinks and service
Theofanis and the team were great to work with from the moment we booked them. They were well organised in handling the TEN license for us, and very accommodating - working with us to create a bespoke menu for our needs. They were also great fun on the day and would definitely use them again.
Amazing Van, Cocktails & Service!!
Manos and the team were so lovely to deal with, they accepted our last-minute booking and on the night were so incredibly polite, helpful, friendly, drinks served quickly and simply a joy to have at our daughter's 18th Birthday Party. I will not hesitate to book them again - and you shouldn't either, don't waste time looking for someone else!! Its a cool converted caravan, delicious drinks, value for money and wonderful bartenders - perfect ingredients for a memorable event! A heartfelt thank you!!!
