What a wonderful evening! Thank you for making it so special. Brilliant communication and fabulous food. What more can I say.

Great communication from the onset, advice on menu plan, food was delicious and making myself as host stress free after a few last minute let downs with numbers . The evening was very memorable for all.

Silvestre was really helpful at planning a menu to suit our event. He arrived promptly, even early, on the day and just got on with it.
Food was delicious and portions generous, even down to the scraps for the dogs!!

We'd had really good dialogue about the menu prior to our weekend dinner party - difficult choices for picky teenagers turned out not to be a problem for Chef Silvestre.
He arrived exactly on time. Brought ALL their own equipment plus fresh ingredients. Prepared EVERYTHING in situ. Silvestre happy to talk whilst working which was a bonus.
Food choices worked supremely well. Nicely presented. Liked that he described the food to us.
Highly attentive throughout.
The desserts left us full ... happy ... and content. No small feat for a noisy family "do".
And the icing on the cake?
Everything cleaned up.
Dishwasher loaded.
Kitchen pristine again.

Our small 70th birthday dinner celebration was a great success.
Silvestre arrived on time, was great and put up with young grandchildren watching, asking questions and tasting.!
Canapés were lovely and set the tone for the good meal with a salmon and guacamole starter, perfectly cooked lamb and crème brûlée to follow.
He left the kitchen clean and tidy, but above all was a nice guy to have around.
I have no hesitation in recommending him.

This was the first private chef experience we have done which was for a hen party. The planning and communication with chef Silvestre was so simple and reassuring from the first engagement to the cleaning up and leaving our party. He arrived on time and wasn’t at all imposing on our party. All our guests were very impressed and eager to understand more for booking up in the future. We loved the food and it was beautifully presented. We were glad that we added canapés to our booking too. I can thorough recommend.

Starter: goats cheese crispy parcel, main: slow cooked pork belly & dauphinois potatoes, dessert: apple tarte tatin

Silvestre was extremely responsive when I first enquired about him cooking for us and helped me navigate agreeing a menu that 10 of us were happy with! His food was great and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Silvestre catered canapes and a 3-course dinner for us. He showed up promptly, communicated well, was lovely to have in our house, and then turned out some incredible food. Highly recommend.

I found the whole experience really easy. The Chef Touch was great at communication and dealt with a few menu alterations really well. On the night we had a fantastic meal, the food was amazing and we didn’t have to do anything, which always makes a night better.
