About The Copper Top Bar
Welcome! We are Tilly and Ruaridh, running a small fleet of 3 mobile bars specialising in cocktails and fizz. We are based in Brighton, East Sussex and can provide our bar service across the whole of the south east. We can provide a full bar service and can create bespoke bar menu's just for you and your event!
Our Bars:
The Copper Top was originally an old Rice horse trailer, found and restored by us, Tilly and Ruaridh ('Rory' in Scottish) with our own fair hands! Everything you see was done by the two of us, from design to finish and we're very proud of what we have achieved. The final result is something a bit quirky and will get your guests talking. Tilly is a professional Ecologist so we're pretty eco-conscious.. our bar was both made from recycled pallets, we only use biodegradable straws (made from paper and crushed seashells), recyclable plastic cups and we serve local beers, ales and organic wines where possible!
The Copper Teardrop
Our beautiful little Fizz Van is a converted teardrop caravan serving all of your Prosecco needs! We can serve both fizz and ale/beer on tap (two taps available) as well as a small selection of other drinks (G&T, Pimms, soft drinks).
The Rustic Top
We also have a small wooden bar, perfect for indoor or garden events, or as an addition to one of our other bars!
Us!
Together, we have well over 10 years experience working in cocktail bars and restaurants. We are a friendly and professional team, helping you from beginning to end. We're all about personalisation and we will do our very best to make sure our drinks menu and approach is unique to you and your event.
We promise to give you an honest price for a bar that's a bit different and will make your party, event or wedding stand out. We're flexible with packages and rates so just let us know what you're hoping for and we'll see what we can do!

We've provided our bar services for a range of events including weddings, private parties, charity events, festivals and corporate parties.

Brilliant bar, perfect drinks, great staff!!
Ruaridh and the team couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful. The cocktails were amazing and kept on flowing!!
The bar itself was super cool and even though it rained the team stayed on smiling

Roaridh and the team were fantastic, they arrived when they said they would and did a sterling job for our demanding guests. They were friendly, courteous and great fun and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. In fact I am planning on booking them again for an event next year!

Great looking bar with fantastic cocktails!
We recently just booked the copper top bar for my wife’s 40th birthday party. The event was a real success from start to finish. Rory and Tilly make a great team. We had a fantastic choice of cocktails. The mojito‘s and espresso martinis were the biggest hit on the night! All our friends were extremely impressed by the set up.
I would highly recommend the copper top bar to anyone who is thinking of having a garden party. We will definitely be using them again, hopefully in the near future.

This guys are fantastic. Super lovely, friendly couple run The Copper Top Bar and they went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were let down by another bar late in the day.
There was lots of easy going communication to make sure the bar had all the drinks our guests enjoyed drinking, including some delicious cocktails.
The bar itself is beautifully made and really added to our celebrations!

Really helpful on the day as came earlier at our request so we could get them in a good location. The bar looked amazing and both Ruaridh and Tilly were super friendly. Many people commented on the delicious cocktails they made too!
