Floor looked great and LOVE sign was amazing
The pre service was perfect quick and efficient accommodating our requirements. Set up was great and worked with us on the day to fit the floor down to our needs. After service was poor, along with one of the edging strips coming away from the dance floor. When Nath and his colleague came back at the end of the night, they came in and started to remove the floor while I was still on it with my wife and some friends. I had already said we would still probably be on the floor until approx 12.15am. Nath and his colleague came in at 12.08am and didn’t acknowledge us and just got on with removing the floor. The fact I spoke to Nath 12 hours earlier about time is poor service and also the fact the faulty edge trim wasn’t mentioned at all.
