Our Bushman wood fired oven cooks pizza using a traditional method in less than 2 minutes giving the authentic taste you expect when eating pizza from a wood fire. The open oven means you can get in on seeing the pizzaioli at work and watch your pizza being baked up to 500 degrees – though the party really starts at the first bite. Using only the finest ingredients such as imported D.O.P. San Marzano Tomatoes grown in the soil of Mount Vesuvius, fresh vegetables, the artisan cured cheese or our meat from an award winning charcuterie helps to promise great quality and taste. The rest is all in the process and service.

We aim to deliver exceptional quality pizza paired with a stress free service making us perfect to cater at all types of events.
