The One Pizza

We are Esra and Ayse the co-owners of The One Pizza Van which is a mobile pizza business. We are cousins and both live in Wickwar. We always dreamt of running our own business since we were young and seized the opportunity to follow our dreams and converted our van to cook delicious wood fired Italian pizzas.

We serve the highest quality prepared meals at great value, in a homely and friendly environment.
- We use authentic, fresh Italian ingredients.
- We use a traditional Italian pizza recipe using a starter called “Biga” to make the dough which we make ourselves and it takes 24 hours to ferment.
- Our hand-stretch delicious pizzas with light bases only take 90 sec to cook in our wood fired oven!
