Her Scottish Charm and magical way keep everyone entertained!n She is an expert in her field of balloon twisting for large scale and indoor and outdoor events. Her creations have the WOW factor! Animals, flowers, hats, cute wearables are just some of the balloons she creates. Lady Vee is also a storyteller and has some fabulous walkabout magical characters.
