The Sweet Petite

The Sweet Petite - A stylish and unique bakery set in a vintage Rice Beaufort horse trailer. A beautiful mix of modern and traditional decor, The Sweet Petite would make a charming addition to any event or occasion.

The exterior has been lovingly restored and repainted in a classic, heritage cream. Inside, the trailer has been decorated in a vintage style. Tongue and groove panels meet a vintage French, toile du jouy fabric wall coverings. Ornate mouldings are illuminated by custom lighting. Two sparkling chandeliers adorn the ceiling, attached to the original wooden beam which once seperated the horses. The rear doors are awash with silk roses and twinkling lights. The perfect backdrop for photographs.

You will also find our patisserie fridge inside. It is perfect for stocking drinks and chilled desserts. It’s covered by a custom made, vintage style shop canopy in beige and cream stripe. We also have a 2m serve over counter which can come with or without its protective screening. Giving you the option of guests helping themselves to an array of desserts or if you prefer, having them served by our staff.

The interior lighting can be a soft glow from the chandeliers, or as a colour of your choosing. This would be ideal for weddings where there is a colour theme or for corportate events.

We make all of our products from scratch using the best ingredients - free range eggs, fairtrade sugars and chocolate, organic fruits. We sell a ride range of desserts from cakes to macarons, jams, fudge and brittles. We are eco friendly, almost all of our packaging is recyclable and we run on batteries so theres no noise and no nasty fumes.

We have a fantastic range of GF and Vegan products. We also have a 5 star hygiene rating from Sunderland Council.
