About The Village Green Events Co.

We are specialists in transforming blank canvas spaces into stunning wedding celebrations and events, from industrial warehouse spaces to rural barns, countryside spaces, gardens, tennis courts and even stately homes.

We offer several options for our wedding clients, including a full wedding planning service, partial wedding planning service and an "on-the-day" coordination service (perfect for dry hire venues or venues that don’t come with an in-house coordinator).

We also have a treasure trove of hire items, from lighting, disco balls, silent disco headphones and sound systems to drapes, deckchairs and furniture. If we don’t have something, we can find it for you.

We also organise unique and exceptional parties and celebration events for individuals and families, including private pop-up cinema garden parties.

We have extensive experience organising events for clients within the corporate, public sector and charity sector and have created events such as Secret Supper Clubs, Award Ceremonies, Corporate Exhibitions and Conferences for our clients.

We also have our own pop-up cinema service called The Village Screen where we create experiential cinema events. We can offer pop-up cinemas for 10 people right up to 700 people and we also offer Drive In cinema services.
