Trotters Event Catering

Trotters is a small catering business run by husband and wife team Jay & Corrina Taylor and is based in Ludchurch, Pembrokeshire. We breed prize winning pedigree welsh and large white pigs on our small farm and produce prime cuts of pork, home cured bacon, award winning sausages and gourmet burgers in our butchery.

We do all of the farming ourselves, make all of the produce then come and cook it at your event providing you with fresh food, traceability and premium quality. We don't have employees so you will deal directly with us at all times. We operate from a 3 x 3 metre gazebo and are available to hire for any event. We specialise in the most amazing slow roasted pulled pork shoulder served with stuffing ,onions, apple sauce and coleslaw and also serve gourmet burgers, hotdogs, wraps, tacos and salads. We are happy to adapt a menu to suit your needs.
