Specialising in South East Asian delicacies, the Vietvan offers fresh, delicious, locally sourced, authentic dishes for all occasions including wedding banquets, parties, office lunch deliveries, corporate events and supper clubs.
Offering a professional yet personal service, Nick and Tracy work closely with each of their client’s to prepare a bespoke menu tailored to their event needs. Clients are also invited to ‘try before they buy’ and visit one of the London markets the team regulary trade at for a complimentary meal.

Street food:
11” Warm banh mi/baguette or salad box with a choice of:
Viet style spicy pulled pork Kaffir lime and lemongrass chicken Chilli and pepper tofu with a Thai basil dressing
Complimented with an assortment of Vietnamese inspired condiments and dressings
A la carte:
*Seared rib-eye beef with star anise glaze *Sweet tofu, spinach and kale curry *Seared tuna steak with mint and mango salsa
Appetisers:
*Homemade gyoza with soy and hoisin dip *Viet style pork larb lettuce cups *Mini Vietnamese pancakes with prawn filling and lettuce wrap *Banh mi (baguette) sliders with a choice of filling
Gluten and vegan options as standard. Additional dietary requirements available on request.
Childrens meals and beverages also available.
Very flexible set up - we can cook, prepare and serve both inside and out including back gardens, boats and even Mediterranean islands!
We work with or without a gazebo and the 'Vietvan' is available on request.

Fantastic Service
Beautiful tasty food served by lovely fun staff. Great communication during the build up to the event and during it. Would definitely recommend Vietvan for any event.

Delicious and fab service!
I can highly recommend VietVan. They touched base with me before the event to check the space worked OK. Arrived on time and were well organised and friendly. We had a very busy event and lovely weather. The team remained calm and professional throughout. Their food was delicious and we had a queue down the road for it! Of all the quotes that came in they were very reasonable and since I wanted Vietnamese they ticked all the boxes. Thanks guys you made the event!
