Did not show up and did not follow-up

I arranged for waitstaff for my event and the two people who were allegedly assigned never turned up. I tried calling the office on the day when I realised they were late and I could not get hold of anyone. I left multiple messages on voicemail and email. No one ever returned my call. The event was left without staff and I had to ask the attendees to help with set up and clean up. It was horrifically embarrassing. I would never recommend their services to my worst enemy.

Both waiters were great and had a sense of humour

Straightforward process. Waiters arrived when they were supposed to and did whatever jobs I gave them. Would definitely use again.
