We are WEST - the only brewery in the UK to produce all of our artisan lagers and beers in strict accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. We use Water, Malt, Hops and Yeast - that's it! No chemicals. No preservatives. No artificial flavours. The only additive is the time required to ensure the perfect pint.
A great party would be nothing without great beer so we've built mobile bars of all shapes and sizes to take our Brewery experience on the road. From a portable Lindr draught unit to a Horsebox to WUNDERBAR, a converted 1980's VW Campervan, we're ready to bring our beer (and our unique Gerwegian spirit) to your event!
Our German roots are firmly planted in Glasgow and our company ethos can best be summed up as ‘Glaswegian Heart. German Head’.
