We are Henry and Maki and together we are Yummy Yasai!

Yummy Yasai is a Japanese inspired vegan street food stall based in Sheffield. We specialise in Okonomiyaki which is a traditional street food savoury pancake from Maki's hometown of Osaka, Japan. Ours are all vegan and taste amazing, even if we do say so ourselves. Also we offer other yummy foods such as gyoza and exciting Japanese salads.
We are/have:

· Full NCASS membership

· Public Liability Insurance up to 10 million pounds

· Accept card payments

· Registered with Sheffield Council

· Hold Level 2 Food Hygiene certifications

· Gas Certificate for our equipment

· Operate from a red 3x3m Gazebo

· Biodegradable Wooden Cutlery/Chopsticks
