Our catering company has expanded into outside catering events from marque events, canapé parties to hog roasts, BBQ buffets and corporate lunches.
Carl Luke first started his career at the Swan Hotel where after training hard he moved to Chandlers Restaurant and after pushing himself further went to Fairlawns Hotel.
In 2006 Carl Luke decided it was time to move forward with his own franchise at Little Aston Golf Club. He has now expanded into outside catering events from marque events, canape parties to hog roasts and BBQ to buffets and corporate lunches. He also now added a food trailer for events.
He has a strong team of kitchen staff and waitress staff which have helped him to go from strength to strength.
