Coffee Cloud can provide bespoke food catering for any event, from cold buffet food or a selection of hot foods from panini, jacket potatoes, hot/cold baguettes/sandwiches or wraps with salad and nibbles or will work with you on what you need.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We need to know a realistic budget, based on the number of guests including what is the lowest as some set a budget and we aim to provide a quote from this and they decline as too expensive.
A more detailed list of what they are looking for.
Venue: What facilities are already available. The date of the event.
Maybe a min and max quote, based on different options. ie Quote 1 consists of ....., Quote 2 consists of.....

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What can they offer, and what equipment may be needed and does this come with or without the quote.
What is their food hygiene rating from the council? Check online reviews.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I had a passion for hospitality, and have always worked in customer-facing roles. This was a natural fit to build a business, is exactly what I wanted to get into and help other people.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

One that stands out, we provided a quote and over-delivered. The quote, to the customer, was pretty low but we managed to fulfil their requests and give them a great buffet. Depending on the type of event we cater for, they can be great times or sad times for the families.

We love hearing peoples stories and love being part of their life, even just for 1 day.
