Former proprietors of Billy Bunters sandwich shops and tea rooms of Butter Lane and of Bridge Street in Manchester, we can undertake all types of catering.
Whether you are looking for a Hog Roast, a home-made traditional cheese and onion pie supper, a hot-and-cold buffet or a full sit down meal to complement your celebration, we have the catering solution for you! A Hog Roast is an absolutely fantastic way to create a talking and gathering point at your celebration or event. Not only does it provide a mouth-watering visual alternative, it allows you to cater for a large number of people at a really affordable price.
Professional, friendly service (a Hog Roast can be cooked indoors or outdoors - and there is no mess for you!) Preparing, expertly carving and serving a perfectly cooked mouth-watering Hog Roast onto freshly-baked barm cakes (and/or speciality bread of your choice if you prefer), homemade apple sauce and stuffing and assorted condiments of your choice - e.g. salsa; reggae-reggae sauce; brown sauce, tomato sauce etc .

Absolutely Incredible
A massive thanks to Stewart and his team at One Man & His Hog.
Stewart has been a pleasure to work with and delivered some of the best festival food I have ever tasted.
Nothing was too much trouble and provided an amazing selection of food from hog roast to jambalaya which was utterly delicious.
In fact the food quality contributed to an increase in attendance as the local community made recommendations about the food which brought in additional nearby attendees.
Highly recommended and I just look forward to working with you again Stewart.

Great service and lovely team.
Stewart was great - quick to respond and the only one to offer to come out and meet with us and check out our venue - this was a 50th birthday party so I wanted to be confident that the person we were dealing with would be able to deliver. Stewart was really flexible on food, provided lots of choice. On the day he arrived punctually and his whole team were friendly and welcoming of our guests. The food was fabulous, hog roast, jambalaya and a curry - everyone was blown away and we were delighted with everything. Can highly recommend him. Pippa
