Really nice firm from the lady who answered the phone to the chap who came to install the loo. Left with ample supplies.

Haven’t been to service it yet as we’ve only had it 3 days. Can’t comment on that side of things yet but will edit this post when they do

We booked the 'posh' loos and a 4 shower block unit for a long weekend. We were holding an outdoor celebration and of course needed to ensure everything was following the covid rules. From the enquiry through to the delivery I was helped mainly by Leanne in the office who ensured I booked the right units, even checking closer to the date that we were still happy to proceed. Delivery could have been difficult due to our long driveway, but it was no problem. I really can't fault the whole team. Collection was on time and easy. Oh and the loos and showers were great!! Would absolutely recommend Waterloo.

Very efficient. Good communications, delivered and collected when advised. We had the event loo for just one day so it was fairly expensive, I dare say it would have been more economical to have booked it for a full week. I I wouldn’t hesitate to hire from Waterloo again. Thank you.

Friendly and polite on arrival, placed exactly where required

Good communication with office and delivery people, who were efficient and friendly.
Excellent service, cleanliness outstanding,. The cost was reasonable, however I could have hired them longer, if the terms were explained when I rang, as I may have done, to be more cost effective.

Arrived the day before which gave peace of mind to myself and husband. The toilets were spacious and very clean. The staff were always helpful and easy to get hold of via telephone/email.
