63 Islands catered for my garden birthday party. All the guests commented on how tasty the food was, and filling from just one portion. Serving from the van, on bamboo style trays really helped to add to laid back ambience I was after. The only note to be aware, though it didn't appear to bother any of my guests, was because its all cooked from fresh in the van service is slow. Even with 3 staff guests were waiting around 30 minutes to be served at the most popular time. However as they were just standing around chatting and drinking it wasn't anything different from what they would have been doing anyway!
