We create a range of wonderfully unique and delicious Gourmet Cake Pops, Truffles and Chocolate Favours.

Cake Pops are the latest trend in the baking world and make wonderfully unique gifts at any celebration event including weddings, birthdays and corporate launches. Everything is lovingly made by hand using delicious light sponge and buttercream then dipped in decadent Belgian chocolate and finished with bespoke toppings and creative embellishments.

Our Gourmet Truffles are created using White, Milk or Dark chocolate ganache and natural extract flavourings covered in the finest Belgian chocolate and hand decorated with luxury toppings. To compliment our range, we also make our own Belgian Chocolate lollipops and plaques in a variety of themes including birthdays, baby showers/christening, wedding and corporate events.

Amelia’s offers a large range of Finishing Touches to help you create your own personal and unique statement and a real state of the art eating experience! Choose from colour themed curling ribbons, wedding charms or even personalise with your guest names. We can also attend your event and create customised table displays especially for you!
