from requesting a quote to service on the day of the event, Ann was great.

She was fast to respond and give a quote and kept in touch. she was prompt on the day and her ice cream was very well received. lots of very positive comments.

They were so lovely to all our staff and the value was amazing.

They turned up as promised. The weather wasn't as kind as we had hoped but they stayed with us and their good prices were remarked upon by many a parent. Would recommend for any school fair.

Fantastic service, great communication with Ann. Even though I had to change booking times and only contacted Ann 2 days before the event, nothing was a problem. My class thoroughly enjoyed their treat and thought their ice cream was amazing. To please 30 ten and eleven year olds is no mean feat! We will certain be using Ann’s Ices for future events.
