We are equipping a Burger van for street food trading and catering.
We are ready to come on stadiums or food street to present our authentic Bulgarian kebabs and meat balls along with additional salads, other Oriental meals such as döner kebab and local delicates of special recepie chicken pieces and wings, fresh potatoes and other vegetables. American hot-dogs and plate baked onions. These are going to be prepared in deep oil fryer, grilled or marinated to explore the tastes and odors of the herbs and spices implemented.
We would be glad to become a part of your community adding diversity and differences. Learning from each other about the culture, way of living and kitchen secrets in preparation of the world wide worth dishes.
For the people and mutual benefit we will stick to high standard product and personal hygiene, food and preparation safety.
