OUR CONCEPT:

Aroma, the taste of Brazil,
The dictionary definition of Aroma is a distinctive, pervasive, and usually pleasant or savoury smell: that's exactly what we want our customers to feel when approaching us. The aroma of picanha cooking on the grill, the pastel being deep-fried and our delicious home-made mayonaise.

OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to bring the signature cooking of South American Brazilian food with our families' special touches. We have undergone lots of trials in order to come up with the most suitable flavours for our customers to travel Brazil in one bite.

OUR BRAND:
Aroma believes in natural flavours, therefore, we do not use any artificial flavourings in our food and our ingredients are sustainably sourced. Our Picanha is sourced locally but cut by a specialised Brazilian butcher so we honour our cut!

In addition to that, we use sustainable packaging such as wooden cutlery and paper containers.

It can be said that our menu is short and basic, but trust me, we make up for it in flavour!

THE EXPERIENCE WE WANT TO PROVIDE YOU:
The main goal of Aroma was to bring a little known cuisine to a place with flavours from all around the World and still be able to surprise people in a good way. Most people know Brazil for Feijoada and Caipirinha, but we are here to prove to all that other Brazilian recipes can also have the spotlight.
