Good service and food
We had a hot fork buffet for 60 people, chose 3 menu items from a good selection. The hall wasn’t the easiest to work in with lighting issues but Andy and his staff member coped. All the guests I asked said their food was lovely. By the time I got to eat (late) something my lasagne was a little on the dry side by then, perhaps should have gone for the seafood pie which was really good apparently. One gluten free guest catered for with no problem.

I am glad that your guests enjoyed my food and catering service. Yes by the time you got around to eating your lasagne it had been held in the hot box for some time so it will be never as fresh as straight out of the oven as earlier. The other guests said that the lasagne was there favourite and kept coming up for more.
