About Barbican Bao
Barbican Bao was set up in 2021 by Edd and Lucie. We both share a love for great-tasting food and have a strong hospitality background working in high volume and also fine dining, with experience working hundreds of weddings and corporate events before starting Barbican Bao, priding ourselves on the quality of both our food and service.
We are able to cater for most events including weddings, corporate, and festivals, providing bespoke menu creation drawing inspiration from around the world to create a beautiful visual and culinary experience for your guests.
