Private Barbecue Home Garden Parties :
The Barbecues are built on to a 6'x4' foot Trailer which is small enough to fit on to people's driveways...
( Or in fact can be taken straight into your garden, which ensures good clearance of any heat residue anomalies that would normally occur with fire related set-ups )
...Then taken out again afterwards, cleanly and efficiently leaving your garden how it was beforehand.
We can Tailor Packages to suit parties from 30 to 200 people.
We can cater to most eventualities including Weddings, Corporate Events, and Project Launches.
I am also available to supply you privately with Canapes, Buffets, and Banquets from £10-£26 per head.
The Barbecues :
We have 3 Smokers, 2 Barbecues, and a Separate Plant-Based Smoker for Vegan dietary requirements.
The Noodle Boxes are :
Barbecued Meats, Barbecued Seafood, Smoked Vegetables, and a Combination of them all.... I.E. Surf & turf.
Each type of Noodle Box is cooked seperately and served with its own individual Stock and Flavour Bomb.
Also off the Smoker (5 hour pre-cook)....
St Louis style Smoked Barbecue Spare Ribs or Whole Smoked Chickens with.....
Sides :
Barbecue Rub Coated Buttered Corn On The Cob
New Potato, Gherkin, Fresh Mint & Coriander Spring Onion Salad
Red Cabbage Chiffonade, Lemon & Olive Oil Dressing
Heritage Tomato & Fresh Basil Bruschettas
Dressed Baby Gem, Garlic Crouton & Boquerones, Caesar Salad
With enough notice we can prepare for you Whole Legs of Lamb, Fresh Tuna Steaks, Venison, Scallops & Lobsters on the Barbecue/Smokers depending on the type of event you require.
