About Blackboard Catering Limited
We're the exciting gourmet hotdog and burger street food side of POWTERS SAUSAGES and specialise in event catering, street food, wedding food and private parties. Our emphasis is on quality and provenance of ingredients. As part of Powters Sausages we source all our ingredients from our specialist butchers and deli in Newmarket, making our own free range British sausages and burgers without compromise. We have full control on the ingredients we use and don't cut any corners.

Excellent food and service. Have already rebooked!
The hotdogs cooked on site were very tasty, of substantial size and came with several accompanying relishes - and the vegetarians and vegans were equally happy with their substitute! From booking to delivery of service, Tristan made the event hassle free and straightforward. I would highly recommend and have already re-booked for our 2018 event.
