The Bowler roasters based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire have been in cooking meat for well over 20 years, offering pork, beef, lamb and poultry Cooked directly in our roasters using charcoal for that traditional taste.

We are available for all types of events from private functions and corporate events to festivals and market stalls.

Dressed in our very unique uniform quality and presentation is our key.

Our meat is cooked for a minimum of 12 hours and sometimes up to 20 hours to achieve the most mouthwatering, succulent meat and unique flavour.
