Right from the start, communication brilliant, made me feel at ease as the event I was organising wasn't straight forward. We booked the chocolate fountain from six o clock but Claire arrived and set up at 4.45pm. By 5.30pm she had a queue of eager children so she started early which was fabulous not wanting to disappoint the children.
I can't praise the service enough, she was professional, friendly and great with the kids. Highly recommended will definitely use again.
