We are a team of fully qualified, time served chefs and guest management personnel that get pleasure out of offering the finest service, direct to your door. With over 20 years combined knowledge of the food and hospitality sector, you can be sure that we will always deliver the highest quality bespoke menus to suit any occasion. Each specialising in different areas, we are able to offer a wide range of food from bespoke canapes, buffets and barbeques to cakes, bakes and sweet treats.

This summer we have just launched our own outside cocktail bars, which add a touch of class to any outdoor event. We even have a team of staff to serve your guests, depending on the package you choose.

Fantastic throughout

The guys at Carters did a fantastic job catering my Boss' 70th Birthday party! We chose of the Luxury menu and weren't disappointed!

Friendly and professional

Carter’s provided 2 waiting staff to serve drinks at our wedding reception. Before the event the communication was great and thorough. On the night the waiting staff were very professional and friendly and really added a special touch to our wedding.

Fantastic!

The two girls from Carters did an amazing job at our boy's first birthday party, they managed to keep everything running smoothly, so we could really enjoy the day. They were absolutely brilliant and we will definitely be using them again. THANK YOU!
