Caviar & Chips is a catering company all about enjoying great food and wonderful drinks on any occasion. Specialising in wedding catering we want to make the most special day of your life better than you could imagine. Based in the Midlands but with coverage all over the UK, we'll make your event memorable with creative and inspirational food, hand chosen wines, champagnes and cocktails.
With your menu, our starting point is a blank piece of paper and so if you have a specific theme, particular food you love or if you just want us to get creative; we can craft a unique menu just for you that will make your event special, memorable and one of a kind. Locally sourced from farms, growers and sustainable suppliers we put great importance on getting the best quality ingredients for all of our catered events.
Catering vegan, vegetarian and other dietary requirements and whether you would like canapes, sharing platters or seated fine dining, we can provide tableware, glassware, bar and kitchen equipment and pretty much anything you need for your wedding day or event to be as perfect as you imagine. That's what makes Caviar & Chips unique - exceptional service & distinctive food.
Typical Clients
Our clients love great tasting food and want their guests to enjoy delicious food and drink and great service for their special day. We love working with our clients starting with a blank piece of paper and understanding their plans, ideas and of course favourite food! Our clients want to be able to have a menu that they want, rather than be told to choose from a set-menu or package deal.
Our events take place all over the country and in places where we may even need to bring a restaurant and bar to a field or garden and serve canapés, three courses and full service bar.
We cater everywhere from a barn to a tipi and a marquee to a stately home and we work with almost 100 venues around the UK. Our approach is to refine the menu and service, working towards a menu tasting where we ensure our clients are completely happy with every detail. On the day of the event, we know exactly what should be happening and when and our team host all of the guests to ensure that the day is memorable and special for all of the right reasons.

Amazing food, amazing team, 10/10 would recommend
Huge thank you to Marc, Julie and the team for making my birthday party go so wonderfully! The food was delicious and presented beautifully - the sticky toffee pudding was to die for and I had veggie friends tell me it was the best vegetarian food they’ve ever had. I had my original caterer cancel at short notice, Marc stepped in and quickly saved the day. Amazingly professional and friendly team, would highly recommend to all. Thanks again!
Delicious food and impeccable service!
I wanted our event to happen in a challenging venue (no kitchen) and they made it happen like it was an easy task. Food was delicious and the team was an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to working together again.
