What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to our customers ideally we need the event date, the type of event you are hosting, an estimated number of guests, the location and venue, an idea of your budgets and take some time to pick some dishes from our menu.
All this might seem like a lot of information but we have made it easy for you and will send you an enquiry if you give us your email address. Once we have all that information we are able to put together a detailed quote for you to consider our services.

Our team has experience in delivering a refined front of house service. Our Head Chef and his team work hard to produce mouthwatering menus including canapés, a 3 course sit down meal, buffets and even late-night fast food options.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

So it started with a trip to London and eating the food from ‘Street Kitchen’ and been inspired by the quality of food they were producing. I came back and said to Matt, we have to do this.
We always talked about food and hit it off immediately. I could tell he was serious about this. Six months later we were putting a deposit on an 18ft airstream trailer, booking events and developing our menus.
Whatever food or events we did it was important to James and I that we used the best ingredients and pushed ourselves with the dishes to always improve. We knew whenever we did an event we were always exceeding peoples expectations with our quality of food.
We are still the same today.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have used Add to Event as our main booking platform for a number of years now. It is a great way to make that initial contact with our clients and build a great experience from then on.
All our events stand out to us in different ways. We constantly challenge ourselves to do the best for our clients.
This has taken us to some gorgeous locations where you wouldn't almost believe what we have managed to deliver from a hilltop wedding in the middle of the Welsh countryside, an empty warehouse space in the middle of London or a secluded woodland area in the middle of Devon.
Our journey up until now has been so exciting and we look forward to many more years creating long-lasting memories for clients up and down the UK.
